Freemarr Homes is committed to providing customer service through the home buying experience and after you close and move into your new home. If you have a warranty issue that requires our attention, please complete our Homeowner Warranty Request and click submit. Our warranty representative will contact you within 2 business days of receipt of the request. All service requests are subject to the terms and conditions of the builder's warranty provided at time of closing.
Emergency
If your request relates to an emergency situation with your home creating an imminent danger of harm to persons or property, please contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider directly.
